Troy Ngiraikelau Ė Captain / PADI Divemaster
Born and raised in Palau, Troy has been working at Fish ´n Fins since 1989, becoming a boat captain and dive guide alongside Francis Toribiong. He joined the Ocean Hunter crew in 1998. On the boat, he loves watching the stars. Troy has done over 10,000 dives. His favorite fish are sharks and his favorite dive site is Ulong Channel.
Chhetra Bhandari - Cook
Chhetra is a very friendly, always smiling and good-natured cook from Nepal. He joined the team at Fish 'n Fins in 2001 and was transferred to Ocean Hunter I in 2005. You'll love being in his company as he makes you feel at home the minute you're onboard.
Jacy Kuartei Ė PADI Divemaster / Boat Operator
Jacy comes from a Palauan family of dive masters. You'll find him most days guiding or helping on the boat, always with a big smile on his face.
